What is Power Skating?

Power Skating classes prepares the skater for hockey, ringette, or just recreational skating activities. Skaters will be kept active to keep their interest level high and to promote skill development. Power skating classes apply a range of skating techniques, which help to develop flexibility, balance and power with the least amount of energy. Premier Skating follows a program which we have used and proven over the past 35 years. Many of our students could be friends of yours or possibly one of your neighbours.

Adult programs cover a wide range of abilities, from the adult who has never skated to the skater that is interested in developing his present skating skills, or for the parent who just wants to be able to skate with their children.
